Dear Polar Bears,I don't want to sound sentimental and all but I really had a great time with you guys =) Indeed our group is different from the others with regards to how much noise we make (with the exception of when we "whoosh"... haha).
I think it's part of the personality of the individuals in our group to be quiet. But being quiet does not equate being shy as we can see everyone finally opened up to one another quiet a lot more compared to the first day (e.g. "traffic light" game) we met so we should keep that going ya? And also everyone was very doing very well on stage. I think that is something we can always be proud of.
It's really interesting as each of us is special in their own way such that I can write one page reflection on each person haha.
I am glad that we all warmed up to one another with lame games such lobster-shit or the snake game. To be frank, I hadn't laughed that much for some months =))
Also, I really appreciate Hua Dong, Xin Ying, Yi Hua and Xue Fen for sticking with us till the end through all the thick and thin. As seniors, you guys rock! I do admire your patience and efforts put in our group and the sleep you all were deprived of. We were sorry if we appeared too "cold" too you guys in the first few days. I guess our group needed more "fire" to be warmed up. But trust me, we dun just see you as seniors apart from us but also as "fellow polar bears"... lol
My friends keep asking me why am I bothered to join ECAs or X'Mas song sign when I am already in my final year and doing my FYP. I guess it's just part of me unable to let go of volunteerism and the camaraderie it brings which I had gone through in my previous ECA. And I feel I have nothing to regret about after meeting you guys :)
So X'Mas song sign has ended but the time we spend together has just begun. At least tat's what I think. The end of song sign shouldn't be a feeling of relief but a feeling of achievement. And we can always song sign again and again (with other songs for example :D)
So in the mean time, please rest well and enjoy the rest of the holidays (before the fateful date of 30th Dec comes... you know what I mean haha).
Keep in touch and keep face-stalking (Deric and I are not ok? We are just being caring about you guys :P)!
I am on for both 28th Dec movie outing and the 4th Jan outing. Just keep me posted :)
